Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete necessary documentation for shipping/receiving
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation may require)
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
