What You Will Do
- Retrieve and pick products from warehouse shelves using scanners and pick-lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect merchandise for quality control and ensure order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
