Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify shipment contents against pick lists and invoices to prevent errors.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
