Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately process incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and verify inventory levels with precision.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move heavy materials within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as required.
