Responsibilities
- Pick items from the warehouse shelves using scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer orders.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by conducting a final inspection of packed goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
