Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping damage.
- Label packages correctly and adhere to all shipping standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and storage zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Willingness and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
