Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills for order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
