Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock safely.
- Load & Unload: Receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the Fresno facility.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
