Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by checking product labels, quantities, and packaging conditions.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log data.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Load merchandise onto delivery trucks or pallets efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
