As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are picked accurately and packed efficiently for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
