Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner and warehouse management system.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Prepare orders for shipment according to strict safety and speed guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
