- Pick and pack merchandise accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and prepare them for shipment according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
