Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Accurately select merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack and Label: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper cushioning and labeling for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our quality standards before packing.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions.
- No Experience Needed: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
