Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Load and unload shipments safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
