Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders and picking tickets with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks or conveyors with speed and care.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license preferred.
