Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory counts against digital manifests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
