Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly with appropriate shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy inventory safely.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and picking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse truck driving duties).
