Job Overview
As a Remote Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow digital instructions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Retrieve products from inventory shelves based on digital pick lists and customer orders.
- Pack and Label: Securely pack items into boxes, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct products are being shipped.
- Inventory Management: Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the designated timeframe.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on packing stations and report any technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating web-based interfaces and using a computer mouse/keyboard.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
