Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage areas based on pick tickets and scanning requirements.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read scanning devices or pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
