Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and order-picking technology
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones and update warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
