Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantities against packing slips and ensure all items are in perfect condition.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding inventory management.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills to verify order accuracy.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
