Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (LTL, FTL, air, ocean)
- Process customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and negotiate freight rates with carriers
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate issues to management
- Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory databases
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience required
- Proficient in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CTL, CPL) preferred
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
