Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize carrier relationships and negotiate shipping rates
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Expertise in TMS/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Valid Indiana driver's license (may require occasional site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
