Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak season
