Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Scan and manage inventory in real-time using our WMS system
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized storage zones and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to complete training)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
