Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving stock, counting inventory, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and merchandise using forklifts and hand trucks (training available).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the warehouse environment clean and hazard-free.
- Team Support: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
