Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts, stock management, and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks with forklifts or manual pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and verifying orders.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
