Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level positions).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (optional but a plus).
