Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read shipping labels and tickets.
- Attitude: Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts including weekends or overtime as needed.
