Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve overall productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management software.
