Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (training provided).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and organizing stock on shelves.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
