Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones for optimal space utilization
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors (training provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
