Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently to ensure timely processing of goods.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training.
- Follow all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order picking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
