Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and pass a background check and drug screening.
