Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Process customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials throughout the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Remote Fulfillment: Manage digital inventory tasks and coordinate shipping logistics from a remote or hybrid setup.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
