Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
