Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy for timely shipment to customers
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
