About the Role:
As a warehouse associate, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring efficient movement and storage of goods. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and physical stamina but requires no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
