Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold strict 5S standards for cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
