Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to meet operational targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
