Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, counting, and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate records and product availability.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure safe delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with speed and accuracy.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required for this immediate-start role.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required for immediate starters.
