Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and operate warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized workspaces and equipment functionality
- Assist with quality control and product inspection processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
