Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and be available for varying shifts.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
