Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and train 8-12 team members on safety procedures and efficiency standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet daily productivity targets
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound shipments
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate performance documentation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Valid California driver's license preferred
