Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safe work environment
- Optimize inventory systems using WMS software to achieve 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct weekly safety training and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proven ability to lead teams through peak season demands
- Data analysis skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Strong problem-solving abilities for logistics challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
