Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics and transportation
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
