Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract commercial trucks using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and compliant work environments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience with valid certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Spanish/English bilingual communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license
