Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols while maintaining zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs (picking accuracy, order cycle time) to drive continuous improvement
- Manage warehouse layout and equipment maintenance for maximum operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems and warehouse management software
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational conflicts
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
