Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory accuracy and reporting
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
- Develop SOPs for receiving, storing, and shipping operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills for process improvement initiatives
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Proven ability to manage KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
