Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse staff with performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems for accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
